Our Whaling Museum Stage Host, Chuck is also a featured performer on the Southcoast Stage. Chuck has been appearing throughout New England and in recent years has gone coast to coast with his music. His writing has been gaining notice throughout song circles and he has earned several awards for his finely tuned craft. He has been traveling to coffeehouses, performing arts centers and festivals sowing seeds of his songs along the way.

The Americana Community Music Associations presents the Black Feathers with Chuck Williams opening at the Listening Room at 7 PM on October 29th.
The Black Feathers are an award-winning duo from Gloucestershire in England. The perfectly paired voices of Ray Hughes and Sian Chandler intertwine effortlessly to create a sound combining elements of folk, roots, alt-country and americana.
Chuck Williams opens. There is something here that a lot of people are going to latch on to, especially in these trying times. Chuck’s music does exactly what it is supposed to do.....it reaches emotions in the listener. It gives words to feelings we all share and provokes thought long after the music is over.
