The Greater Fall River Art Association presents visual artistry and music on August 13th from 5-8 PM at 80 Belmont St, Fall River, Ma. Think art gallery meets coffeehouse where both your ears and eyes are involved with the art of Max Panzer and the music of Chuck Williams.

Emergent Northwest Artist Max Panzer’s style combines an atypical upbringing and influences from time spent with his professional visual artist mother and tech-savvy father. Born into a family of professional creatives, Max spent many of his early years in immersed in an exploration of art, writing and music. With a propensity to see the world in a different light, he has chosen to pour his artistic talent, unique perspectives and technical knowledge into the visual arts.

Williams is a veteran songwriter. There is something here that a lot of people are going to latch on to, especially in these trying times. Chuck’s music reaches emotions in the listener. It gives words to feelings we all share and provokes thought long after the music is over. His style is unique, yet it feels familiar.

Williams, an award-winning songwriter, has had the pleasure of opening for national touring artists such as Cheryl Wheeler, Jimmy LeFave, Rod McDonald, Steve Forbert, Pegi Young & the Survivors, Kelly Joe Phelps, Beau Coup Blue and Michael Troy.

This pairing of visual and audio artistry will make for a magical night!

Join us for this eclectic and entertaining experience of listening to several local songwriters perform one song at a time in 7 rounds. The interaction between the songwriters is great to watch! This is every Friday from 7-9pm.

The Americana Community Music Associations presents the Black Feathers with Chuck Williams opening at the Listening Room at 7 PM on October 29th.
The Black Feathers are an award-winning duo from Gloucestershire in England. The perfectly paired voices of Ray Hughes and Sian Chandler intertwine effortlessly to create a sound combining elements of folk, roots, alt-country and americana. Their music quickly draw the interest of listeners, but it is the stage chemistry that will keep them riveted. Having already built up a loyal following in the UK, The Black Feathers have been spreading their wings across the US. The Music of Michael Troy

Narrows Center for the Arts, 14 Anawan St., Fall River, MA

This year’s event is the 7th Annual Music of Michael Troy Concert that has served as the fundraiser for the Michael Troy Memorial Music Foundation a 501 C (3) Non Profit Charity. The concert will be held on Sunday, November 13th at 1 PM at the Narrows Center for the Arts.

The 7th Annual Music of Michael Troy will be performed by top local and regional artists. There will be live solo performances by Danielle Miraglia, Matt Borello, Joan Akin, Tom Smith, and Chuck Williams as well as duo’s Redfish w/Steve Redfern & Gary Fish, Johnny Botelho and Mike Corriea, Louis Leeman and Jeri Karam Kozak, trio of Mike, Frank and Tom Laureanno and a quintet from Durfee High School featuring Gary Bigelow and Matt Desmarais.

The Music of Michael Troy event is organized to carry on Michael's legacy of storytelling through music. Funds from the event will be allocated by the foundation to help further support the music and the performance programs at Durfee High School, Michael’s alma mater.

Tickets can be purchased at the Narrows Center for the Arts in person, on their website or at the door on the day of the concert for $25. Proof of vaccination is required for all Narrows events.
